Sistrunk Procedure
- Transverse incision over cyst along lines of Langer.
- Dissect out cyst from isthmus to base of tongue then suture ligate.
- Include the central 2cm of the hyoid bone.
- If infected/abscess → I&D + abx, OR once resolved.
